Website and app terms of use
The websites and applications of the Nexim Global group are made available free of charge for information and self-service purposes. Their use is subject to the following terms.
1. Acceptance
Use of the website or app entails full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, we ask that you refrain from using our web services.
2. Permitted use
Content may be consulted for personal, professional or business use. Mass reproduction, unauthorised automated scraping, reverse engineering of our applications and the use of content to train artificial intelligence models without written authorisation are prohibited.
3. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, logos, videos, code, design) is the property of Nexim Italia S.r.l. or of third-party licensors. The "Nexim" and "Nexim Global" marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised reproduction and use are prosecuted pursuant to L. 633/1941 and the Italian Industrial Property Code.
4. Accounts and passwords
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at abuse@nexim.it.
5. Service availability
We guarantee high availability but not uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced on the Status page. In the event of a significant security breach, we will notify the users concerned within 72 hours (art. 33 GDPR).
6. Third-party links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Nexim does not control their content and is not responsible for their use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nexim shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the website or app, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumer users, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. Amendments take effect upon publication.
